Relentless stress adds up over time until a state of crisis is reached and symptoms appear. The purpose of this course is to provide research related to the impacts of stress and provide alternative strategies for managing stress as a part of our daily routines. Managing our stress makes us a better person – happier, healthier and more productive. Some alternative strategies presented will include: Deep breathing, Muscle relaxation, Meditation, Changing thought patterns, Lifestyle changes, Problem solving, Time Management, Exercise, and Dietary changes.
