In this class you experience the vast and mysterious universe of Tai Chi. This is an outstanding fitness regiment for senior citizens, but excellent for all ages. The myriad of health benefits include, but are not limited to: improved balance, strength, flexibility and peace of mind. You learn the Yang 24 short form of Tai Chi (and are introduced to Yang 108 long form) as well as practice Chi Kung relaxation and healing movements.
