In this class you experience the vast and mysterious universe of Tai Chi. This is an outstanding fitness regiment for senior citizens, but excellent for all ages. Health benefits include balance, strength, flexibility and peace of mind. You learn the Yang 24 short form of Tai Chi and are introduced to Yang 108 long form along with practice in Chi Kung healing movements.
