This class is for absolute first -timers. Learn basic Yang style tai chi movements without complex choreography. Practice meditative and relaxing qigong (chi gung) exercises. Improve balance, strength, posture, and peace of mind – flow in harmony with nature. Students will be prepared for advancement into the Yang style short and long forms.
