3695 Airport Road
This class will be a full body weight-class that focuses on a variety of different exercises. We will also teach proper form and techniques while using various types of free weights and machines. Workouts will be modified for each student’s ability level. Bring a water bottle and a small towel to class. Must be 16 or older to attend. No class on November 24th.
