This class is a form of Hatha Yoga that utilizes bio mechanical principles of alignment together with breath and a celebration of the heart. Each class is focused on a heart-related theme that brings awareness of how yoga brings us off the mat and into the world. The class is influenced by the principles of Anusara Yoga, which empowers the student to find a sense of ease, and move into challenging poses. The Wednesday class is 15 minutes longer and ends at 6:45. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. Meets Mondays and Wesdnesdays through Dec. 11.
