Under the direction of the Director of Institutional Research, the Institutional Research Analyst II conducts institutional analysis and reporting through data extraction, collection and synthesis; provides technical skills and supports the research and reporting of institutional data to College, State, Federal and other stakeholders. The incumbent will work with Information Technology and other departments to assure data integrity, will respond to faculty and staff research needs, and will work in collaboration with internal and external constituents.

Prerequisites for Position (Qualifications Standards)
- Education or Training: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Master’s preferred.
- Experience in the Field: 3 years related work experience in institutional research or similar field with data analysis and reporting that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
- Special Skills or abilities related to position: This position utilizes knowledge of large databases and data mining industry tools, such as SQL, Reporting services, SPSS, COGNOS, Crystal Reports, TOAD, Tableau, Qualtrics and/or ACCESS; survey development and collection methodology; preparation and presentation of reports.
- Knowledge of: institutional and market research theory, principles and methods and statistical analyses.
