Under the supervision of the Campus Vice President, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance and appearance of the facility and grounds of the Aspen Campus in Aspen. The position manages and /or performs a variety of skilled building maintenance services; maintains budgets, records and inventory; purchases supplies and equipment. The incumbent will have knowledge of general grounds maintenance practices; basic repair and maintenance of hand tools, maintenance and motorized equipment; and standard cleaning operations as well as standard Microsoft Office software.

Prerequisites for Position (Qualifications Standards)
- Education or Training and Experience: Associates Degree and 3 years related experience, or High School Degree/GED and 4 years related experience. Facilities management experience essential.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license; serve on-call duty; computer skills, including Microsoft Office software. Experience with web based control systems experience preferred.
