We invite you to “have a sip of MERLOT!” Join us for a self-paced introduction and overview of MERLOT, Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching at www.merlot.org. MERLOT is a free and open resource repository of peer-reviewed learning materials created for faculty and students in higher education. Get a taste of how you might use these discipline-specific learning materials (which often include sample assignments) in your online, hybrid or face-to-face classroom. In addition you will see what makes MERLOT stand out among other open educational resources and how you can become involved in MERLOT to beef up your curriculum vitae and professional standing. This course is fully online and offered via Canvas.
