The Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute offers three great programs in stunning mountain locations, all at a fraction of the cost of other culinary schools. The Culinary Apprenticeship program in Breckenridge incorporates a traditional Culinary Arts degree with a European style apprenticeship to provide you the credentials and experience you need to succeed.

Restaurant & Culinary Management
Our Restaurant Management degree teaches you a solid base of culinary skills in combination with the knowledge needed to run a restaurant. You’ll be trained in the culinary basics while also learning accounting, purchasing and management. Your learning will take place in a beautiful new culinary kitchen in the college’s new academic center in Steamboat Springs.
CMC’s Sustainable Cuisine program in Edwards lets you immerse yourself in the art of green cuisine via a two-year AAS degree. Or explore a specific interest in sustainable agriculture or sustainable restaurant operations through three shorter certificate programs.
