CMC’s Culinary Arts – Vail Valley program in Edwards offers a shorter time from start to career. Faculty with strong working chef experience provide hands-on training. Your culinary arts education will conclude with an internship — your opportunity to work in the world-class resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek.

Restaurant & Culinary Management

Our Restaurant Management degree teaches you a solid base of culinary skills in combination with the knowledge needed to run a restaurant. You’ll be trained in the culinary basics while also learning accounting, purchasing and management. Your learning will take place in a beautiful new culinary kitchen in the college’s new academic center in Steamboat Springs.
