Learn and intern at world class resorts in a fast-track culinary school program

Earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts in our accelerated, two-year program. You’ll learn to cook delicious food that is also healthy for individuals, communities and the environment.

Experience hands-on training in cooking and culinary management classes. As a capstone course, our students complete a 6 credits/270 hour internship with an outstanding employer to demonstrate and cultivate professional culinary skills and begin a rewarding career.
