For Employers

As per the vision, mission and values of Colorado Mountain College, CMC aims to help all students who walk through its doors with their individual educational goals, by providing a high-quality education that is affordable and accessible.  We offer appropriate academic rigor within a supportive student-centered environment, and providing hands-on learning opportunities at every turn.

Why recruit CMC graduates?

Whether you are seeking an Associate level or Certificate candidate through one of our specialty career or technical programs, or you wish to hire one of our Bachelor’s degree students in Business Administration, Sustainability Studies or Nursing, you will find well prepared, creative and ambitious students eager to contribute  their skills to the world of work.

Connecting with students at CMC

Colorado Mountain College welcomes the opportunity to work with graduate school programs and hiring employers in their recruiting efforts.

Campus Visits and Presentations

Build brand awareness of your organization by hosting an information table, offering in-class presentations, or information sessions, and participating in workshops in partnership with Career Services.  This is one of the best ways to connect with CMC students and assist them in their career development, while also creating an opportunity to increase students’ understanding of what your organization has to offer.

Career Fairs and Events

CMC hosts various events throughout the year to support career exploration for students and job seeking. All planned events are posted on the Career Services Calendar of Events.  Should you wish to inquire about participation in currently scheduled or future events, please contact CareerServices@coloradomtn.edu.

Posting Jobs and Internships

We welcome direct postings from employers on our current Student Job Board.  Employers may post job and internship listings for free. Ads will be subject to approval before publishing and expire in 90 days.  These listings also appear in the ‘myCMC’ portal for student viewing.

Just click on “Post an Ad” in the upper right corner.  If it is your first time to the site, you will have to set up a simple profile/account, but then can post very easily thereafter.
