Systems Analyst I, II, or III, Central Services, Glenwood Springs

Under the supervision of the Director of Application Services, the Systems Analyst performs needs assessments, small to complex project design, complex data extract report writing, application code modifications, develops technical documentation and provides end-user support for the Ellucian-Colleague software system. Examples of responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving service desk tickets, assessing updates from software vendor against custom products to prevent adverse impacts, developing code and rules to modify process functionality, prepares documentation for users, writes and supports required reports for the state.

Systems Analyst I, II, or III may be hired, depending on candidate qualifications.

Knowledge of .NET, PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Sharepoint Designer, Infopath, permission levels, audiences, workflow, Sharepoint versions 2010 and 2013 desired.

The incumbent must work effectively with others; be service oriented; and provide support to the assigned functional areas.

Pre-requisites for the Position:

Education and Experience sufficient for the needs of the position, such as Associates Degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent work experience to begin as Systems Administrator I, or an applicable combination of education and experience for the position responsibilities for a Systems Analyst II or III.
