Description: Edwards / This class (taught in Spanish) covers the fundamentals of food safety, such as preventing food borne illness, proper personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature control, glove usage and sanitation. A list of attendees and the restaurants for which they work will be submitted to the appropriate Environmental Health Agencies to show their proactive measures toward food safety.
