Physical Conditioning with Tracy Handy
Provides a different workout each class that is fun and challenging. Use body weight, fitballs, free weights, medicine balls and bands to develop flexibility, strength and total body fitness. Four days will not meet and will be announced in class. Cost: $146.

Dynamic Workout with Cindy Wallace-Maestas
Increase flexibility, balance, agility, coordination and improve muscle tone through mat work, weights, body weight, step and exercise balls. Body alignment, breathing, and work on the arms, abdominals, back, hips and thighs will be emphasized. Great for all abilities and fitness levels. Se habla español. Cost: $43.

Circuit Aerobic Weight Training with Tom Moher
Personal Trainer and Human Performance Specialist, Tom Moher, guides you through a series of exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Each station is set up to recruit different muscles while moving through strength and endurance exercises. Ideal for those with busy lifestyles! Bring a water bottle and small towel. Cost: $116.

Aikido with Burt Oglesby
Aikido philosophy is concerned with protecting oneself while not harming the attacker. Aikidoists join rather than oppose. This is a philosophy of life. Through the sweat and motion of training, the harmony of Aikido is discovered. Students 14 years and older may register for this class. Cost: $138.

Tai Chi for Beginners with John Norton
Experience the vast and mysterious universe of Tai Chi. This is an outstanding fitness regimen for senior citizens, but excellent for all ages. The myriad of health benefits include: improved balance, strength, flexibility and peace of mind. You learn the Yang 24 short form of Tai Chi (and are introduced to to Yang 108 long form) as well as practice Chi Kung relaxation and healing movements. Class meets at Accelerate Human Performance, 1512 Grand Ave., Suite 104 in Glenwood Springs. No class 7/2 and 7/4. Cost: $81.

Yoga: Mixed Level with Laurren Whistler
This class is a form of Hatha Yoga that utilizes bio mechanical principles of alignment together with breath and a celebration of the heart. Each class is focused on a heart-related theme that brings awareness of how yoga brings us off the mat and into the world. The class is influenced by the principles of Anusara Yoga, which empowers the student to find a sense of ease, and move into challenging poses. *The Wednesday class is 15 minutes longer and ends at 6:45. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. Cost: $131.

Integrative Yoga with Fran Page
