Login help

The table below explains the 3 online accounts available to students and what credentials to login with:

used for any administrative tasks such as registering for class, viewing transcripts, accepting financial aid, etc.

used to access your student Gmail account

used for online class content (for lecture and online courses)

What is my UserID/Username?

It is your first initial followed by your last name and sometimes numbers (jdoe or jdoe432). Find your userID/Username here.

What is my CMC ID#?

It is a 7-digit number starting with a zero. Find your CMC ID# here.

What is the default password?

It is the letters 'cmc' followed by the last 6 digits of your SSN. If you don't have a SSN, it will be 'cmc' followed by your 2-digit birth date and month followed by 'xx' (cmc0123xx for January 23; cmc1205xx for December 5).
