Whether you are working with colleagues or students, take the stress out of presenting to your audience! We will cover:
- Using WebEx via Basecamp to schedule a session
- how to speak, share your screen, work with the virtual whiteboard, and upload a PowerPoint to display to your audience
- managing your session
- the different roles in a WebEx session and which role is the right role for the job
- managing your recordings and sharing them
Since this is a self-paced training, participants may participate at any time of day or night, from any computer (PC or Mac) with an Internet connection and either Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Internet Explorer. After you register for this training in WebAdvisor, you will gain access to this training’s Canvas course in about 1 day. Enter the Canvas course and follow the directions; you will also find the deadline for completing this training in the Canvas course. Estimated completion time: 2 hours.
