This is a high level class where you will learn about using your phone for social medias such as: Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You’ll also learn how to down load apps and play games. We’ll cover music downloads, using listening devices, the Cloud and SD Cloud, on-line marketing and shopping, as well as multiple window comparison shopping. Students will be introduced to Choice Theory, a new psychology of personal freedom, created by the late Dr. William Glasser, M.D. By learning to put Choice Theory to work in their life, students will be better able to improve relationships with the important people in their life. Designed for healthcare professionals, but available to the public, this CPR class is open to individuals interested in developing the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, administer CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking safely and effectively. This class meets the requirements for the American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. An individual pocket mask and text are included in the class fee. Students who successfully complete this class will receive a certification card valid for two years.

Want a day to just get away? Meet us at Coulter Lake Guest Ranch. We will take a scenic and enjoyable 2 – 3 hour horseback ride that ends back at camp where we will have a dinner of steaks, potatoes, and other dutch oven treats! Weather permitting, we will be able to do this all over an open campfire! Must be 18 or older to attend. No riders over 280 pounds, please.

Beginning Watercolor II: Intensive Workshop @ CMC in Aspen

Class Description

Introduces students to basic skills through various art media. This course may be repeated under a different subtitle for a maximum of six credit hours. Encompasses a multitude of one- credit art experiences that expose students to an art form that they may wish to explore further.

Continue to explore basic techniques used in watercolor, including choosing materials, experimentation in format, composition, and color. Students must request a supply list at registration.
