Massage for Couples @ CMC in Glenwood Springs

Class Description

This 10-week workshop will consist of instruction, demonstration and lots of hands-on practice. Learn how to give your loved ones or friends a massage that will make them love you forever. This class is to help spouses reconnect with one another. Massage is not only a way for us to reconnect with ourselves through receiving, but can also be a way to reconnect with our loved ones. This class will cover simple 60 min. massage routines that focus on treatment of specific common aches and pains, effortless massage techniques that are easy to learn and feel good to give, how to increase range of motion throughout the body and lengthen tight muscles. This workshop is for recreational purposes only. You will not receive any certificate, degree, or license. Please bring a water bottle, oil and lotion, hair ties, and wear loose comfortable clothing. Cost is $275/Couple

Get involved in the move from in-person to online communication. Learn what social media are and their role in your business and personal life. Find out the top sites and how businesses are using the sites for communication, customer retention, branding, marketing, market research, needs assessment and serving customers and clients. Explore the options for your organization. Look at case studies of what other organizations are doing. Let your instructor guide your exploration of Facebook and YouTube. For anyone interested in social media.

Your instructor is a nationally known speaker, consultant and trainer on social networks and social media.
