Himalayan India: May 2023

This course will immerse you in the culture and landscapes of India’s Himalayan Mountains. Raft the Ganges River, trek in the foothills of the Himalayas and explore India’s mountain culture and environmental history.

Himalayan India 2023 will introduce students to the stunning culture and history of the source of Hinduism through an adventure-based journey on the Ganga, the Alaknanda, and through a breathtaking trek on Kuari Pass. The views of the high Himalaya from the pass are incredible, sweeping from the gorges of Trishul in the east to the peaks of Kedarnath in the west.
