This three day class is for riders who want to understand the essence of great riding and coaches who want a simple, easy-to-use system to help their students progress in their riding. Topics include Dynamic mountain bike fit Riding positions Pedaling technique Braking Cornering Pumping Wheelies and manuals Drops Jumps Picking lines Finding flow Principles of safe instruction A framework for teaching MTB skills A proven curriculum for a level 1 class Awareness of higher-level instruction RideLogic Level 1 certificate Normal 3-day group camp price per person is $1,200, but you can take it for the price of your local CMC tuition!
