About

Kelli McCall speaking at Colorado Mountain College LeadvilleKelli McCall has taught full-time at Colorado Mountain College since 2010. She teaches college composition and reading, developmental math, and GED courses at CMC Leadville. Kelli was named Full-time Faculty of the Year in 2011 and 2017. She is the faculty advisor for Student Government Affairs (SGA) and the coordinator of the Common Reader program in Leadville.

Kelli enjoys getting to know students in and outside the classroom and is very involved in the Leadville community.

“I am reminded every day that each of my students is an expert in some way or field,” says McCall, “and it is up to me to tap into that expertise to support his or her educational journey.”

When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys running, participating in community events and organizations.

“When we promote the love of learning and literacy,” says Kelli, “Our communities and those within them will thrive.”
