1,000 Words: Sopris Theatre Company rehearses opening production, 'Natural Shocks,' a one-woman tour-de-force

Sopris Theatre Company's opening production has a short - and impactful - run. Playing just two nights - Oct. 13-14, Bostyn Elswick will perform in 'Natural Shocks,' a one-woman show by noted playwright Lauren Gunderson, though Elswick is relying on a full crew to back her up. From left is Caduceus Garcia-Walberg, costume apprentice; Brad Moore, director; Calvin Parrish, props coordination; Almend Torres Sagarnaga, stage manager: Elswick, Angela (actor); and Ellyanne O’Meara, assistant stage manager, with photo by Oliver Semple. Everyone involved, except for Moore, is a current CMC student. Go to Sopris Theatre Company  for more info.
