CMC names collegewide full-time Faculty of the Year

Every spring at each of Colorado Mountain College’s campuses, students and employees vote for outstanding educators and staff for Faculty of the Year and Staff of the Year. Senior college administrators then select overall collegewide awards.

This year, CMC Steamboat Springs recognized Athena Murray, professor of communications, as its full-time Faculty of the Year. Murray also received the full-time collegewide Faculty of the Year.

Jesse Wilkins, who teaches chemistry, received CMC Steamboat’s adjunct Faculty of the Year.

The campus also selected Amy Phillips, student support services coordinator, as its full-time Staff of the Year. Brian Gudolawicz, assistant ski coach for the CMC alpine ski team, received the campus’s part-time Staff of the Year award.
