Waiving Summer Tuition, Fees and Books
Preparing for the eventual recovery is critical. Studies confirm those with post-secondary credentials are the first to land on their feet. Invest in yourself now and emerge from this difficult time with new skills or training.

CMC is waiving all Summer 2020 tuition, fees, and books for in-district residents, currently enrolled in-state and service area students, and local employees recently displaced due to public health orders and others. Section (course) charges are rare but may apply.
ESL and GED courses are included, as well as classes for local high school students hoping to earn college credits after a disruptive spring semester.
Tuition Waiver Eligibility
Summer 2020 tuition, fees, and books are waived for:
- In-district residents (see map)
- Full-time Colorado residents who own property within the CMC district and their dependents are also eligible.
- In-state and service area students currently enrolled in the spring term
- Employees working within the CMC district who’ve been recently displaced due to public health orders
No Barriers Fund & President's Scholarship
Ths CMC Foundation’s No Barriers Fund is available to assist students with unexpected or emergency financial barriers that prevent Colorado Mountain College students from completing their certificates or degrees.

The President’s Scholarship is now available to students who graduated from our local high schools within in the past three years. The application deadline is extended to July 31. For students who had plans to go away for college this fall and are now faced with uncertainty, we welcome you with guaranteed admission and scholarship support from CMC.
