This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45am - 11:45am and will improve your functional fitness and thus the quality of your daily life. It’s not your Grandmother’s exercise class. It is an upgraded version of Silver Sneakers led by John Norton with 28 years of experience teaching this kind of exercise. There is no floor work—everything is done standing unless seated is advised. Designed for folks ages 50+ but excellent for all people. John regularly works with participants 60-90 years old. Ageless Fitness Fundamentals are 1) Stretching for greater flexibility; 2) Balance – significantly reduce the risk of a fall, and 3) Strengthen all muscles and bones. *Note: The Online advantage.
