Join us for an evening tasting delicious recipes such as Alsatian Onion Tart, Sausage with Sauerkraut and Potatoes, Pork Stew with Juniper Berries, and Traditional Fleischschnacka, a handmade pasta rolled with ground beef. All finished off with a fresh fruit tart for dessert. Minimum age is 17 years old.
