Art of Stir Fry

Stir frying is an ancient style from China that produces fun, fast and tasty cuisine. We will learn both vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes that make delicious, healthy and time-conscious dishes. Prepare dishes such as Vegetable Fried Rice, Chicken and Cashew Stir Fry, Spicy Sichuan Tofu, Kung Pao Shrimp, Beef and Shrimp with Vegetables and for appetizers Pork Pot Stickers and Hot and Sour Soup. Minimum age is 17 years old.
