Art Sampler: Silver Casting

Introduces students to basic skills through various art media. This course may be repeated under a different subtitle for a maximum of six credit hours. Encompasses a multitude of one- credit art experiences that expose students to an art form that they may wish to explore further.
Come explore our NEW jewelry casting equipment. Students can choose to make 3D printed models or handmade wax models for casting in silver. Make rings, pendants, and small brooches. Open to all levels. Supplies will be available for purchase through CMC or students can purchase their own from a supplies list provided on the first day of class (approx. $40). Course is part of the CMC Learning Materials Program (LMP). Credit seeking students will be charged $26 per credit.
