Learn the secrets to making artisan Neapolitan style pizzas live from your home kitchen with us while we prepare dough from scratch, sauces and pesto along with the learning the techniques for baking using an oven peel and baking stone(this specialized equipment is recommended but not required). Get an interactive experience that's just like having a chef with you in your home kitchen while you cook! Interact live via WebEx video with the chef and ask questions in real-time while you prepare the evenings recipes. *Recipes, ingredients and equipment needs will be emailed to you after you register so please have your kitchen, equipment and ingredients (sliced, diced, chopped, minced, measured) prepared prior to the start of class. The WebEx link will be emailed to you the day before the class. Cost is per each home kitchen (one device) so you can have some fun by yourself or invite family and friends to join!
