Learn to prepare plant-based whole foods that anyone will enjoy eating! We will meet in the kitchen and have fun creating colorful food to eat and take home! No previous cooking (or combining) experience necessary. Everyone has fun! You will learn 6 new recipes to take home to add to your collection. Please wear comfy shoes and bring six 8-12oz "to go" containers to take food home (and a bag!) $20.00 food cost fee paid directly to the instructor at each class. Class size limit 9 Instructor: Ardis Hoffman, Heart Healthy Meals *Some of the delicious recipes you will be making are: Stir Fried Green Beans/Garlic, Buddha Bowl, Tahi Curried Vegetables, Asian Rice Salad.
