Barre features a 60-minute full-body workout, combining ballet-based movements, core-focused exercises, stretching, barre, and center work. You will build balance and strength. Come sweat and have fun and get strong! This is the best value for a barre workout in the area! This class is in-person. You will need to fill out a health survey each day and wear a mask while on campus.
