Breads of Italy

A sequel to our Artisan Bread class, we venture into Italy to explore some classic Italian style breads. Learn to prepare Ciabatta, aromatic Kalamata Olive and Rosemary Boules, Grissini Garlic Butter Bread Sticks and Rustic Artisan Wheat Loaves. Minimum age is 17 years old.
