Fitness Circuit Training with MB

This online class will examine a number of different circuit training methods, we will emphasize the development of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and a healthy body composition to meet individual needs. Movement modifications will be encouraged for individual limitations. ***Attention*** You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
