Hoop Core Fitness - Beginner-Intermediate. For adults - kids!!

Mondays 8:00-8:45am Hoop Core Fitness which benefits mind and body fitness. Techniques from yoga, tribal dance, sports and cross training are used. Betty teaches the top 5 common misalignments in every body so even those watching at home can feel successful. Other segments Include; warm ups, core isolations, upper - lower body toning, the belly pump, tricks and dancing through the 4Rhythms. Stretches, meditation And yogic breathing work are included in each session. In the class, Betty uses her specialized collapsible hoop which is safely weighted and effective for all ages and sizes and abilities. The Betty Hoop is available on Bettyhoops.com. If you cannot use that hoop and you are an adult, you should use a hoop that is about 10 feet circumference and close to 2 pounds. Hoops that are smaller, lighter, heavier or larger will be difficult to keep up and also exacerbate any pain and imbalance in the body.
