Integrative Motion Session 1

Create new movement patterns using conscious movement and breath to unblock joints, and release tension caused by repetitive movement or injury. Gently align bones, strengthen core, balance stretch with strength, increase range of motion, quiet the mind, and balance emotions. This class is a synthesis of Alexander, Feldenkrais, Laban/ Bartenieff, Kinetic Awareness, Polarity Balancing, and Educational Kinesiology combined with the energetics of Yoga, Tai Chi - Qigong. A gentle re-introduction to activity after an injury, and the perfect complement to an active lifestyle.
