Integrating gentle yoga for improving health and wellness. Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breath) Mudra (gestures), and Meditation to enhance health and wellness at all levels, including physical (strength/stretch), energy, nervous system, and mind/body with awareness - relaxation. Modifications/Variations offered to make yoga accessible for all. This course is NOT a part of the Learning Materials Program (LMP). Special course materials may be required.
