Intro to Tone - Stretch

Give it a try with this short course! Tone all the muscles of your arms, legs and core with breath awareness, small precise movements, light weights, the ballet barre, and floor mat. This class includes appropriate stretches to compliment the workout, and will leave you feeling relaxed and ready for your evening. Rokhsana Rappaport (Sana) is a certified instructor with over 28 years of teaching experience in dance, Nia, yoga, fitness and aquatics. Her down-to-earth and fun-loving approach makes every class a delight.
