Take a trip to Val d'aosta, the land of hearty alpine cuisine and home to the famed Fontina cheese. Learn to prepare dishes such as Carbonade of Beef, Risotto with Artichokes and Fontina, Smoked Chicken with Caramelized Turnips, Butternut and Zucchini Potage and more. Minimum age is 17 years old.
