Mat Pilates - In Person M/TH

Pilates is a full-body workout - combining upper and lower bodywork, with a strong emphasis on the core. You'll strengthen the muscles of your arms, hips, back, abdominals and glutes. You will see changes in a matter of weeks with consistent practice. Christie Herman teaches the Monday class, and Kira Sadler teaches the Thursday class. This class is scheduled to be held in person. However, given the uncertainty around the COVID-19 situation, we may need to cancel it. If we cancel the class, students who have registered will be given a full refund. We are offering this class at a discount as a thank you to our community.
