Mat Pilates - In Person W/F

Pilates is a full-body workout - combining upper and lower bodywork, with a strong emphasis on the core. You'll strengthen the muscles of your arms, hips, back, abdominals and glutes. You will see changes in a matter of weeks with consistent practice. This class is scheduled to be held in person. However, given the uncertainty around the COVID-19 situation, we may need to cancel it. If we cancel the class, students who have registered will be given a full refund. We are offering this class at a discount as a thank you to our community.
