Examining a number of different circuit training methods, we will emphasize the development of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and a healthy body composition to meet individual needs. Movement modifications will be encouraged for individual limitations. This course is NOT a part of the Learning Materials Program (LMP). Special course materials may be required.
