MB's Strength Training 101

This class specializes in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds strength, anaerobic endurance, and size or density of skeletal muscles. Strength Training helps increase lean body mass, reduce body fat, increase metabolic processes and feelings of wellness. Learn safe and effective approaches to strength training, progressions and modifications to meet individual needs as well as feeling confident in the weight room. Movement modifications will be encouraged for individual limitations. There will be no class on 2/4, 2/6. and 2/11.
