This class meets on Wed/Fri from 7:45am - 8:15am. An exciting new class created by John Norton to maximize respiratory health and boost your immune system in the age of covid-19. 1. Breathe for life – experience the latest science-based breathing techniques to keep your lungs and sinuses healthy and infection-free 2. Practice a vast array of easy-to-learn stretches for the whole body including several to increase your lung capacity 3. Learn simple, yet powerful tai chi movements to relieve stress, PTSD, trauma, and depression. Rediscover your Joy! This class will IMMEDIATELY improve your well-being and make you happy!
