Mindful Breathing for Optimal Health

This class is ONLINE and meets on Wed/Fri from 7:45am-8:15am. Exciting new class created by John Norton to maximize respiratory health and boost your immune system in the age of COVID. Here’s what to expect: 1.) Breathe for life – experience the latest science-based deep breathing techniques to keep your lungs and sinuses healthy and infection-free 2.) Perform several easy-to-learn stretches that will improve your posture, flexibility, and help to increase your lung capacity. Few of us are aware that lung capacity is the number indicator of optimal health and longevity. Stretching, combined with deep breathing, is a powerful way to gain greater health. 3.) Learn simple, yet profound, ways to manage your own moods and relieve stress, PTSD, trauma, and depression. This class will IMMEDIATELY improve your well-being and make you happy! We will send you a Zoom link before class.
