Pilates for Adults – All Levels

Gain strength and flexibility at your own level and your own pace. Each exercise is offered with three-four options: easiest through intermediate, advance and athlete. The course is designed for older adults at the basic level, but is applicable to all adults at all levels of physical fitness.
