Pilates Matwork with Sana Fall Session 2

Pilates matwork to increase core strength, overall muscle tone and flexibility with focused and precise floor work techniques. Some exercises use a full-size foam roller, or a small pilates ball. This class meets in person with limited enrollment. All current Covid precautions will be observed. If you are looking for an online class, please register for the class with 'online' in the course title. No class 11/24.
