Pilates Matwork with Sana Online Fall Session 2

Pilates matwork to increase core strength, overall muscle tone and flexibility with focused and precise floor work techniques. Students will need a full-size foam roller, and a small pilates ball. Classes meet live online from 12-12:50pm on Monday/Wednesdays, and will be recorded so students can watch and workout on their own schedule. Class link and link to recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class meeting. No class 11/24.
