Pilates Matwork with Sana Online Spring Session 1

Pilates matwork to increase core strength, overall muscle tone and flexibility with focused and precise floor work techniques. Students will need a full-size foam roller, and a small pilates ball. Classes meet live online 8-8:50am on Mon/Wed, and will be recorded so students can watch and workout on their own schedule. Class link and link to recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class meeting.
