Plant Based Cooking - Salads for Spring

Learn to prepare plant-based whole foods that everyone will enjoy! We will meet in the kitchen and have fun creating colorful food to eat and take home! No previous cooking (or combining) experience necessary. You will learn 4 new recipes to take home to add to your collection. Please wear comfy shoes and bring (four - five) 8-12oz "to go" containers to take food home (and a bag!) *Food cost is included in the fee for the class.* Class size limit 9 Some of the delicious recipes you will be making are: 4 different Salad recipes - SW Quinoa, Curry Rice, Italian Pasta, Kale+.
