A fierce and FUN 60 minute low-impact barre class that strengthens, tones and balances the body. In this workout, we will use both small and large muscle movements with cardio bursts throughout to keep your heart up, all while activating your core. Bailey is certified in Booty Barre and has been teaching at surrounding gyms since December 2015. Also certified in PiYo since November 2017 and recently obtained her Primary Aerobic/ Group Fitness Instructor certification in July 2018.
